Moonlit Customs offers custom electronics, refurbished and modified gaming products, custom PC builds, printed products, replacement parts, accessories, and related services.

Because many of our products are individually built or produced, variations in appearance, color, finish, printing, and other characteristics may occur.

Product photographs are intended as a general representation. Actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, displays, materials, manufacturing processes, and individual customization.

Custom Products

Many Moonlit Customs products are made according to customer-selected specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected:

• Designs
• Options
• Compatibility
• Accessories
• Hardware specifications
• Other customization choices

Once production, customization, parts procurement, or assembly has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

Custom Consoles & Handheld Electronics

Custom consoles and handheld electronics may be repaired, refurbished, modified, upgraded, or assembled using new and/or previously manufactured components.

Because these products are customized specifically for the customer, they may not be returned simply because of a change in preference or configuration.

Any applicable warranty or service coverage will be determined by the individual product listing or applicable warranty terms.

Customers should follow all provided instructions and use reasonable care when operating modified or upgraded electronics.

Custom PC Builds

Custom PCs are assembled according to the configuration selected by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected components and specifications before completing their order.

Once procurement or assembly has begun, changes to the configuration may not be possible.

Custom PC builds may require additional testing, configuration, and quality-control time before shipment.

Performance can vary depending on software, games, applications, settings, peripherals, environmental conditions, and other factors outside of Moonlit Customs' control.

Customer-Submitted Designs & Artwork

Moonlit Customs may allow customers to submit artwork, images, logos, or other files for printing or customization.

By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and reproduce that content.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other applicable rights.

Moonlit Customs reserves the right to refuse a submitted design or cancel an order if we reasonably believe the content may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Moonlit Customs does not claim ownership of customer-submitted artwork.

Intellectual Property

All original Moonlit Customs content, including our branding, logos, website content, original graphics, photographs, product descriptions, and original designs, belongs to Moonlit Customs unless otherwise stated.

Third-party trademarks, names, logos, characters, artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on this website grants permission to use Moonlit Customs' intellectual property or the intellectual property of third parties without appropriate authorization.

Orders & Payments

Orders are not considered final until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by Moonlit Customs.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order when necessary, including situations involving:

• Inability to fulfill the requested configuration

Pricing & Product Availability

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information and pricing are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, Moonlit Customs reserves the right to contact the customer to correct the order or cancel and refund the affected order.

Shipping

Shipping and processing are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Processing times vary depending on the product. Custom print orders generally require 1–2 weeks, while custom consoles, handheld electronics, and PC builds generally require 2–6 weeks before shipment.

Current estimated wait times may be requested from Moonlit Customs before ordering.

Carrier delivery estimates are separate from our processing times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Eligible standard products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are generally responsible for return shipping when the return is not the result of a defect, damage, or error by Moonlit Customs.

Custom and made-to-order products are generally final sale.

Warranty & Repairs

Certain products may include warranty or repair coverage as stated on the applicable product listing.

Warranty coverage does not necessarily cover damage caused by:
